Would you make this trade? BRZ for E46

I currently am trying to sell my VF Supercharged 328ci. Somebody offered me a 2013 subaru BRZ that is track ready meaning it is fullly gutted out and has a few modifications. His car has 12,000 miles and mine has 180,000 miles. All that he wants me to add is $2,000 because he is in desperate need of money.

I do not need the car as I am moving to colorado. So my question is, do you think it would be worth the trade to flip the BRZ quick and take the cream off the top? Does the gutted interior make the car almost impossible to sell? How much do you think it would cost to do the interior back to OEM. Basically if you were in my shoes would you make the trade?

Below are the pictures of the BRZ and the thread to it:

Honestly I'd not go with the trade with a gutted car. If you are planning to sell the Subaru here in Colorado then you will have less success. Subaru's are huge here but not the gutted ones. Everyone has a Subaru for winter.
Selling a gutted car will be difficult. As to bringing it back to stock, you are looking at a lot of money. A fairly new car, you will not get the interior for cheap. May be try to sell your e46 for cash if you don't need it and buy an AWD Subaru for Colorado?
I drive my lowered coupe all year long. Isn't much of a problem unless there is more than 8 inches of snow.

Lol at "flipping" a "track ready" and "gutted" car.

Add in a bad starter (maybe try for warranty work!) and general exclaims on said track car.

OP, he's asking for $20k or your car plus $2k. Do you really think your car is worth $18k?

Easy pass. You'll get stuck with some boy-racers wet dream, but all the kids who want it won't be able to afford the price.

Do BRZs not have fully lined fenders/wheel wells? Looks kind of weird.

If the BRZ wasn't gutted, I'd do that trade in a heartbeat.

The exhaust tips look off in the last picture posted. Strike 1

Gutted out. Strike 2

I would rather have genesis coupe or GTI. Strike 3

Just walk.. Or ask him to put the stock parts back on the car...

^^ I doubt the guy has the stock parts. If he is strapped for cash they are probably sold. Also my vote is keep the bimmer.
