I was 17 when I got my 330i------parents bought it for me because of my performance in highschool.

I am 20 now

I'll tell you what tho, having a beemer is unbeleivable in highschool, and even in college.......BUT.......with this comes sooo much attention and sooo many haters. In highschool I had alot of ladies loving my car, then some jelous prick keyed the hell outta it. In college same sorta thing, I recently got my f-ing lock drilled out.....

U know what I resorted too?
yeah thats right, I drive a wrangler, which I bought myself by the way, because I can't afford for my BMW to get keyed, hit, drilled, etc..

how I bought my wrangler, well, my buddy hooked me up with a sweet job as a loan officer at a Morgage Company.....this results in a good amount of money.

19 - 2000 328i

As for who paid for it... it's none of your business.

I don't see why it makes a differnece whether I payed for it or my parents did. I thought we were all here to enjoy and talk about a wonderful automobile. To those who paid for it themselves, congratulaions for working hard and achieving your goals and to those whose parents bought it for them, be very greatful for what you have, cause most people don't. Also those that paid for their cars themselves at a young age, don't forget that in many cases, if you hadn't been brought up in the life you were, you wouldn't have the means to make 100k dollars inside of a year.

Thanks,
Adam

well reading all this i am feeling good about my self. I moved from yugoslavia 5 years ago because of the war and now i drive a BMW. life is good. one thing about Serbians is that we know how to make money. When we all came here we drove olds pontiac and other types of ****....now my friends drive...corvette 21yr old, A6 23, CLK 320 23YR OLD, c320 24, expedition 20yr, audi a4, bmw 318, bm3 323i....and we all came here without anything.....Life is all about hard work....i hope that these kids appreciate what are their parents doing for them...if not they better hope that their parents leave them enough money when they are gonna because they are gonna have a hard time going from an M3 TO GEO....

PEACE OUT

Depends on the teens having money form mommy and daddy.

On the other hand, some of them work in the IT field which plays mad $$ if you are in the right field.

Dude, dont' sweat it... I was 27 when I got mine, and I bought it myself. And I gotta say, they must be paying high school students bookoo bucks if they can afford a 330 themselves... but good for them shiznit, I couldn't even afford my 88 Mazda 323 in high school. I did pay the insurance, though

The funnest car I have had was the eclipse turbo.
The 323ci is the nicest though and it is getting fast little by little. Every mod counts.
