e46 coupe exhaust question, (muffler delete)

question, when you have a muffler delete, what size piping did you use. i want my 323ci to have a little sound not to loud, i seen a few videos where the cars had a resonator & muffler removed and the sound was real aggressive, had a snarl and grunty sound, which is what i am not going for. i would like a smoother sound, sorta like a stock g35.

any ideas.

also what is the ideal size piping i should put for the muffler delete mod. i cant seem to get a quality sound clip form youtube so every car sounds real different to me.

this sounds to grunty and has to much of a snarl sound to me
