Pioneer Avic D3 Rear Camera question..

So I have a Pioneer Avic D3 (http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-AVIC-D.../dp/B000MY72F0)

I've been fortunate to make use of all the features, as I have integrated ipod-use, navigation, bluetooth connection for mobile phone, dvd-view bypass, satellite radio, etc.

While I'm at it, I'd like to make use of the rear camera adaptability as it is camera-ready.

What is the best way run and mount the camera+wire? I've seen methods where you run the camera into one of the licence plate bulbs. I wouldn't like that as I'd like both bulbs on and not appear as if I have a bulb light out.

Secondly, any recommended cameras? Open to all suggestions.

Thanks, all!
