Connect Back Up Camera to OEM Nav Unit.

Iíve searched and canít find the answer on to how to connect an eBay back up camera to existing OEM nav unit. I think I red somewhere that there is an extra video input for that camera but where is it? On my in dash nav there is nothing like that. Any help would be appreciated.
