I remember a Philly newspaper journalist back when Iverson was with the 76ers, went to his house to conduct an interview before a playoff game. The guy asked to see his "trophy room" since virtually all athletes are proud of their accomplishments and like to show it off. Iverson took him into a room that had no trophys or game jerseys, like all the other athletes houses the journalist had been to in the past. Instead it was a room with 100s of framed newspapers articles. Every single one of the articles had a negative message about Iverson, and every article about when he played injured, even if his team lost that night. All the articles were about how he was "too short to play in the NBA", "didnt practice enough." He then went on to tell the guy its all about how you play at your worst, when your injured, and how you play when people doubt you.

dog one did nothing for me. I have no heart. or dog.

The dog vid was hard on me. I just put my Rottie down 2 months ago. I brought him home in one hand (5 weeks old) and had him for 10 years. The American Idol one was deep. That was some serious love and commitment. The others did nothing to/for me - sorry.

father first ran several marathons with his son becuase his son had asked him if they could do it together... the son finally asked the father if they could do the iron man. so the father said yes. he swam the 4km towing his son in a raft with a rope harnessed to his body. he then rode the bike the 180 km with his son in a seat on the front of the bike. then ran the last 42 km pushing his son in a wheel chair. this is so fukcing amazing

Last Minutes with Oden ****ed me up... Held my beagle Abby in my arms as she passed away so it hits close to home. Never cried like that in my life...
