Buy a nice set of Briggs and Riley and your set forever.

Bought mine 6 years ago when I was traveling a bunch, still in perfect shape.

I can see how you would confuse "6 years" with "forever"

BR is a great luggage brand, but I'm limited in options since I'm shopping from one store.

Has this become your catch-all response to criticism of any kind?

No, its the picture I post up when you guys are acting like 8 year old girls and whining as such.

When I see comments like the ones above, this is the instant whiney-girl image that pops into my head.

I love how srs you guys take the internets.

I'll get 40% off of either one making the cost difference about $150. Is the Tumi worth the $150 more than the Victorinox? Does anyone have experience with either case or more broadly, either brand?
I purchased the Ricardo hardsided 28 inch pictured below last year and a purple one for my gf. They have been to Europe 4 times and probably 10+ domestic flights and they are holding up well. They are also very light.

Damn on sale at Macy's for $179 and you could probably get another 15-25% off if you look around for a savings pass.
