Thanks in advance. I can get them at .45 a bullet.
69gr BTHP is a match load for long range shooting. You can use it for close range defense purposes quite well, but it is designed for longer ranges of up to about 600yds.
Prvi Partizan is Serbian ammunition. It's brass cased ammunition. Prvi Partizan is an inexpensive round that works sufficiently for training, but the accuracy is not all that exceptional. Prvi ammunition also has issues with poor quality and reliability, with the most common issue being popped primers.
For general target and range use, it's not the worst thing you could use.

I bought 1,200 rounds of IMIM (Israeli 5.56) for like 320 shipped. Good shiet. Went through all 1,200 without a single problem.

Good place to look for ammo deals (thanks Reedo).

The most cost effective ammo for jacking around on the range is XM193 in my opinion. Palmettostatearmory.com is a huge supplier of their stuff, and you can get a case of 1000rds for $282. If you want cheaper steel case, Wolf Performance Ammo (WPA) is $189/case of 1000rds at aimsurplus.com
However, when it's a new gun, don't run steel case (non-Hornady) ammo until you have at least 500rds through the gun. New springs may have difficulty cycling lower pressured steel ammos.
Another option is USAammo.com, which has 1000rds for $279.
Personally, I run XM193. I have run close to 5000rds of XM193 in the past 3 years, and I have never had an ammunition-related malfunction.

For accuracy testing, I would recommend stepping up to a match round. Noveske barrels are sub-MOA capable. If you want accuracy but want mil-spec capablity, the Mk318 SOST ammunition is sold by Palmetto State and goes for $399/500rds.
For heavier ammunition, go to TriadTactical.com and check out their Black Hills Ammunition offerings. There are both new and remanufactured offerings for 68gr BTHP, 69gr SMK, 75gr BTHP and 77gr SMK loads. The best deal overall is the remanufactured 75gr BTHP, which uses Hornady BTHP Match bullets. They run for $28.10/50rd box, which is VERY exceptional for not only a long range match load, but for Black Hills Ammo, which is notoriously expensive (it's very high-grade).

Also, check out SouthwestAmmunition.com for their Run-N-Gun ammunition. A 50rd box of 69gr SMK is $26, and 50rd box of 77gr SMK is $28. SW is a fantastic company.

That is XM855. Same quality as XM193, same accuracy (4MOA out of an M4). Just be aware that it is the M855/SS109 round, and has a steel penetrator. Make sure your range allows the use of it. Many indoor ranges and ranges that use steel targets prohibit the use of "green tip".

Yeah. AJ, don't be that douche who uses green tip rounds that destroys steel targets. Some guys were destroying steel targets at my range and it took forever for the owners to repair and replace them. Jackasses...

Some of that blame- well, most of it usually - can be placed on the AK users shooting mild steel core Russian ammo. We had that issue at my gun club.

They don't use steel targets at my range. He makes them with political signs and 2x4s haha...they allow people to shoot about anything there, including black powder.

Just an FYI on the AR parts front-
Daniel Defense has put out a batch of bolt carrier groups with bad extractor springs. If you happen to come across one, just be aware. They're otherwise great BCGs, but you will need to swap out the spring, delrin insert and put in an O-ring. That being said, you would need to do that anyways since DD doesn't market an upgraded extractor group.
