Yea ill probly just get a m&p regular ar or a bushmaster or whatever I can find for a decent deal on arms list I guess

M&P15 is a quality AR. Bushmaster is not. With the way things are going right now, lower tier companies like Bushmaster, DPMS and the like are using whatever components they can find to build their rifles to meet production demends. This includes using Grade 4 and 5 components, which are the lowest grade/quality you can get. A lot of the junk DPMS and Bushmasters that came out previously came out after the 2008 election when companies like them were pumping out rifles as fast as they could with no regard for quality control. S&W at least has standards. In times like this, I am especially wary of the lower tier rifle builders like the aforementioned because you WILL see problems down the line. Bushmasters in general aren't that great anyways.

I actually went in a shop over the weekend that had an absolute shit-ton of ARs in 5.56 and .22lr. Most of it was overpriced, but they did have alot of M&P15s with a quadrail for like $1350-1400. Also had Colt and HK416 (made by walther) .22s and the M&P15-22. Lots of stuff

Wont spend another dime with them though if I can avoid it.

Honestly, the only "part" I'm seeing still difficult to find is BCGs. Everything else is pretty much back in stock somewhere decent (PSA+ quality) at any given time. Uppers are coming back and you can find a decent or better one in stock pretty much all the time (minus BCG and charging handle for some) and everything about lowers seems to be catching up too.

i wish i could find anything anywhere up here.

FWIW, "I'm gonna grab my Bushmaster" sounds a lot scarier than "Let me get my M&P15"

Did anyone else see where mark Kelly got caught buying an AR-15? He said he did it just to prove a point and he's turning it over to the police.

I saw two M&P10s in stock at the local gun shop this weekend. Very surprised they had them. No PMAGs to be found, but I am intrigued by the M&P10 as an inexpensive 7.62 option.

I'm not sure what his angle with this is. A non convicted felon passes a background check and purches a fire arm for personal use. Welcome to "pre-ban" America. He states how easy it is. What more does he want,a phucking obstacle course? Idiot.

Edit: Oh how great it would be if the shop owner knew who he was and denied the sale because Kelly is mentally unstable and unable to distinguish right from wrong.

Let's be real... he wanted an AR, bought one thinking it wouldn't get out to the public, and is now lying about his motivation because he feels like an idiot.
