Very good question! Basically we are at the end of the turbo. The back pressure was climbing VERY quickly over 15psi. I didn't feel comfortable with pushing the tune very hard with the excessive backpressure, so I kept it conservative. There is another 25 to 30 hp in the tune at 22psi, but it is definitely out of the range of that turbo. We are considering some other options for turbos, the one he has is old technology, and we can put something in there that will spool a fair amount faster, and support another 150 to 200whp.

There isn't any need to run the methanol with Ethanol...we actually pulled the methanol system out. I have never been a fan of methanol nozzle injection...we tried it years ago on vehicles with individual port egt's and you just couldn't get consistant mixtures in each cylinder. Is it better than nothing? Yes.... but it can be more dangerous if you start feeling brave with it!

Are guys going to a local gas station for the e85 or are you have it shipped in?

That's always what I've found as well. Even when you flow test a manifold and it's got even flow it all changes when you decide to spray a liquid. It's not going to flow even for the liquid at all.
