FS: AT&T iPhone 3G --8GB--

I have recently moved to Verizon and no longer have a need for this iPhone. I got it February 3rd, 2008 and it has performed flawlessly since day one. The pictures show everything cosmetically right and wrong with the phone. The screen is PERFECT. Just like new with no scratches at all. The back has some scratch marks vertically down the cover due to the case sliding off and on. Also, unknown to me until I removed the case for pictures, is a hairline crack about 1/2" on the bottom center of the back plate. This is purely cosmetic in nature and DOES NOT affect the functionality of the phone in any way. Like I said, I didn't even know it was there until tonight.

This phone will come with everything you see in the pics: AT&T 8GB iPhone, INCASE two-piece slide on case, white Incipio case (rubber part has never been used but frame was used with the old black rubber sleeve), three brand new screen protectors. I will also include one USB charging/data cord to the buyer which is not pictured here.

Looking to get $125 shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Like the last two guys above me stated, if you prefer to be in a contract then this phone is NOT for you since it can be had from AT&T for less than my asking price. If you would prefer to go month-to-month without a contract, or if you busted your own phone mid-contract then this phone IS for you.

Could you post a screen shot of the baseband and firmware.
Are you planning on restoring it to factory setting or just deleting ur info?

I will post a screen shot of the firmware later this evening when I get home. I have already reset the phone back to its default settings. The pictures of the screen in my original post were taken during the restore to factory defaults. This clears out all of my data and settings and essentially starts the phone back to where it would be if you bought it new from AT&T.

That would mean it would have the latest firmware and baseband?

I'm pretty sure it does. I did an update about a month ago when I plugged in to my iTunes account. I'll post the firmware data in this thread later this evening.

Is that really even a big deal? Just update it yourself...damn.

it is a big deal if I'm on Tmobile and want to unlock it. If it has the latest baseband, the only unlock is to upgrade to Ipad baseband and that is not reversable.

I just tried to see what the firmware version is and I cannot get in to the phone without plugging it in to iTunes (since I did a FULL reset). I would rather leave the reset condition as is and not deal with it trying to sync to my iTunes. I'm certain it has the latest software and baseband (whatever that is) because when I plugged it in to my iTunes to transfer everything to my new phone it did not prompt me to update to the latest software. This was 3 days ago.
