Talking FS: HPF M3, Stage 3, As New

As featured in Bimmer Magazine, Feb of 2010, up for sale is my Immaculate Condition, 2002 e46 M3, HPF Stage 3.

The vehicle has a total of 14,800 original miles, and under 400 miles on the recent stage 3 engine build while at HPF.

All information on the build, including pictures can be found here

Quite simply, the car is ridiculously fast. There really are no words in the English dictionary to describe the sensation of driving this car.

No expenses have been spared on this vehicle.
Accoutrements, such as: Vorsteiner; Asuka; Sparco; Fikse... and the list goes on - have been added for driving and visual enjoyment.

Multiple biased/non-biased references are available on request.

Price: $68K

great car, best turbo kit money can buy for the e46 but the price, i saw a 2.5 sell not to long ago for more than half that. i mean the price tag is way to high. wish you could get the money back on mods but you lose probably about 70% i think in the 40 range. i mean thats gtr money right there.

Thank you for your comments.

Simply stated and following the laws of supply/demand, there is tremendous value for a particular buyer in purchasing: a unique, low mileage, and pristine condition vehicle, where countless hours and tens of thousands of dollars (well over $100k) have been "invested".

The vehicle is perfect, and there is no waiting period for someone who wants it, now!

Either someone with the resources will come along and buy it, or I will continue to enjoy the car. No pressure.

A regular m3 with 15k miles could sell for 50k and then add maybe the almost 40k$ for the stage 3 with install and whatever other accessories he got with the kit in my eyes he's right around the practical price range. Hpf cars are flying out the shop left and right and to buy one with only 15,000 miles and a stage 3 is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Gotta pay play that's how I see it glws!

That price is actually quite fair. You have to factor in the amount of time, money and effort that goes into these builds.. the cost of shipping the cars, the time spent waiting while its built, etc.. 14k miles on the car itself and only 400 on the kit!?! Thats nuts!

Needless to say when you start modding your car to the levels of many of the HPF owners you shoot way up there close to 100k by the time its said and done.. and thats not financed over 5 years .. most of that is hard earned cash.. so to be able to finance an HPF car for 5 years and get one with that low of miles.. and that many mods.. thats a no brainer.

Someone's going to win the lottery on that one.. btw was that a 2.5 or 2.0 that went for a fire sale.. either way I'm pretty sure it was the bay area one that was beaten on all the time in videos, had high mileage and almost no exterior mods/wheels/etc.. pretty much stock with over 100k miles. The dude seemed very desperate to sell it too.. don't use that as the benchmark for pricing on these cars.

Lawrence: Stick to your guns, you'll sell it for that price. Might take a while but it will go. I had a motorcycle that I had bought, put a TON of mods on it (only the best of the best mods..) and only rode it for 56 miles then decided I didn't like it. I put it on the forums had low ball offers for days, people insulted my price, etc.. then finally 8 months later a dude emailed me and said I priced that same bike out to do it myself and that was my original plan and your bike is like 35% off of that cost.. this is a no brainer. Dude flew in from Hawaii and bought it the next day and shipped it via container home.
