Finally, a Update
![]() Here is me taking off the Spark Plug Wires and etc... ![]() Took off the Hood and Valve Cover. The bolts for the Cover was barely hand tighten. One big reason it was leaking oil... ![]() ![]() Rusted Coolant Water Can see the owner used tap water and barely any coolant...![]() The Coolant Hoses is full of Rust ![]() ![]() Took out the Radiator and Most of the Coolant Hoses. ![]() Removed the Front Clip ![]() ![]() Only to Find out I need a New Front Radiator Support ![]() ![]() Removed the Vacuum Lines and TB. ![]() Look at the Stat Housing. It's Falling Apart. ![]() Unbolting the Headers. ![]() Parts neatly put on the side. ![]() About to remove the Timing Belt. ![]() THE HEAD IS OUT! ![]() Stay Tune for More Pics

There is but had to take it all apart again.
Here is where I took the Water Pump off and Timing Belt. ![]() Got the Main Crank Timing Belt Pulley Off. ![]() Clean the Exhaust Side of the Engine Block and the Piston. ![]() Lifting the Engine for New Motor Mounts ![]() Comparing the New and Old Motor Mounts ![]() Driver Side Motor Mount is Trashed ![]() ![]() Oil Pan Removed to Check out the Bottom End and Clean out the Grim. ![]() Hello Oil Pump ![]() ![]() Fresh Rebuild 885 Head (Found out Later its a SETA Head) ![]() New Thermostat Housing and Stat ![]() Installed the New Thermostat Housing and Rear Water Outlet ![]() Skipped alot of Process and Slapped the Head on. Will redo on the Next Update with the Rebuild SETA with I Cam. ![]() Installed Spark Plug Wires, Plugs, Oil Cap, and etc. ![]() Installed new Timing Belt, Cover and Pulleys. ![]() Almost Done ![]() ![]() So then I decided to Fire it UP! Sounds SO MEAN!![]() So after that. I start filling up the radiator and getting it ready to bleed. Then I start it up to start the process and I got this ![]() ![]() Came to found out that the Spray Bar was Clogged and Lash was done incorrectly During that time. I found out that the 855 head I have is not an I head but a SETA as it had a 4 Cam Bearing Cam. Below you can see there is only 4 oil passage. ![]() After taking the Head apart. I inspected the cam and saw this. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am picking up the head tomorrow after the mods that has been done 7 oil passage for 7 cam bearings. I will be installing the new I Cam, Rockers and Rod.

Here is the other "885" head that I have been having issues with but ordered new valves for it and getting it rechecked.
Here it is Disassembled ![]() Underside of it. Can see a few Carbon/Miss Firing Deposit on the Head. ![]() Cycl 1 ![]() Cycl 2 ![]() Cycl 3 ![]() Cycl 4 ]Cycl 5 ![]() Cycl 6 ![]() Here is my Original "885" that came off the SETA motor. Got it clean, new seals, valve seat cut and etc. ![]() I readj the lash and made sure its proper. So I wont have a bent Valve and what not... ![]() Skipping all the parts cause its the same stuff... ![]() So now its Alive and Runs very well and pulls so hard. I am planning on getting it tune this Thanksgiving when I visit Dallas. So now that it is running I moved into the interior side. Here is my interior before... ![]() ![]() ![]() First thing I decided is to remove the seats and to dye the carpet Charcoal. ![]() ![]() So it look great and I finish the rest and took out the Cracked Dash. ![]() So I reinstalled the Dash with a crack free one Look so much better and also install my old Alpine HU. ![]() Bought some Mint e30 Sport vinyl seats from a Coupe. ![]() Then I installed my Mint Black vinyl door cards and the Passenger Seat ![]() That is all for now as my funds are super low now :/ and my b_day is around the corner -TrippinBimmer

Today, I installed my PnP LC-1 with G3 gauge kit from blueapplesoda. Great guy to deal with and fast shipping.
http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=204722 Here is where I installed it and etc. ![]() ![]() ![]() Video of the Gauge in Action. Video of Cold Start When I punch the gas really hard the gauge cuts out and comes back on. I am not sure what is wrong. The red wire that was hanging out I tap it to the distribution block on the passenger side by the firewall. Any thoughts? Video of Gauge Cutting In and Out -TrippinBimmer
