Smile Best exhaust system for sedan??? :D

Sorry if this is a repost but in your guys opinions which is the best aftermarket exhaust system based on looks, sound, and value for a sedan?

search youtube for e46 325i exhaust. make your decision. The "best" exhaust is very opinionated. Some people want performance, some people want the best sound. The only thing that will really get you any hp by modifying the exhaust is headers.
