I'm a fairly new recruit. What do I do to become a full fledged member?

Please don't say what I think you guys are going to say.

The thing is, I feel like he would gladly oblige without having any idea why it was happening.

In high school I was 6'7, 160lbs. I said the same thing, 6 years later, I'm 215-220 now from just drinking and age.

yea i was 5'10 at 130 about three years ago. I've held steady btwn 155-160 for the past year. Got up to 164 but then got sick and lost it. Man I need to figure out the perfect mix of everything. Or just eat more. Btw I'm turning 24 on Sunday and have noticed a signifcant slow down in my metabolism over the past year so hopefully that'll trigger the weight gain. And I work out 4 times a week.

There's not much worse in this world than having to take dump right after getting out of the shower

You have to sh.t more in order to gain weight. Like sh.t when you wake up, sh.t while you are eating, sh.t while you sleep, etc.

Happened to me a couple of times when I was on a time crunch and had to meet this chick. Didn't want to risk it so I had to hop back in the shower lol.

I'm taking a poop and I hear birds chirping outside along with loud bass techno music. Mind you it's 2 a.m., is it normal to hear birds at this time??

Been there. Worst feeling ever. A toilet seat just doesn't feel that same after a shower. Not to mention backward progress...
