You should check out what the HPF guys are looking at as far as subframe reinforcements. Seems the mason setup isnt the most preferred design.

I'll look into it. But I talked to 3 other fabricators who build braces and cages for race applications and they all told me it was a solid set up. I think I'll give it a shot and illl keep everyone posted.

I was running nexen N9000 30psi up front and n3000 25psi rear. None of those shots are at max angle, but I do have modified steering knuckles. I need to get different control arms because at full lock the wheel hits the webbing on my stock ZHP arms. I have to run a massive front spacer to not hit the frame up front, but then it just hits the control arm.

Aktive how are those nexen tires, are they grippy, how are they in water, how do they handle?
Or did you just grab them for drifting because theyre cheap.

Haha thanks Raj! The flares and rear bumper are still being wrapped. Not full race yet, it will hopefully be caged by the end of summer though!

Just get an LSD and have fun!

The n9000's are surprisingly good. The 3000's suck but they last long and they're cheap lol.

haha yessir, he was an awesome instructor, and actually took my car for a few laps and killed it haha, he loved the feel, just way different than a nissan. I actually noticed a lot of understeer (maybe it was the dirt on the track) but id clutch kick second, kick out and it would just dart forward, and another guy took it and noticed the same thing..

Almost done being installed.

Also after talking to petty he told me too hold off on the hydro ebrake setup and instead, get whatever brand ebrake shoes (ordered from a vendor) bead blast them and scuff them up real good. Also he told me too upgrade all my bushings so thats what I've been ordering and in progress of doing haha.
