Unhappy E46 M3 Bumber, Steering wheel airbag replacement

Hi guys.
My name is Max and just like you I love BMW all the way!
I had a slight bumper to bumper recently, unfortunately my airbag has released as a result of this. I desperately need some advice on how to fix this and whether or not I get to keep my old steering wheel.
Please help asap thanks guys

Thank you so much Pi4t, I realize it might just be worse than I thought though, because in order for the bag to release, the crumple zone has to be breached, which I saw when I had removed the bumper. its just a few centimetres but it still has to be pulled out because the left side under the bonnet has moved slightly back, popping my water container. Do you know how much a new airbag will cost me? I hear you can actually brigde the the airbag release sensor with two wires. Thanks again. Oh and I need a new M3 bumper to, dont know where to find a cheap one.
