I have a chance to get this supercharger for 1k. But it doesn't come with anything but a bracket and the pullies. What else would I need to get this to work plus 500$ tune about 500$ anyway. I'm new to the FI world so go easy on me lol

Usually you would need injectors, an intake or just throw a filter on the blower, also depends if you are going non-intercooled or intercooled. If you are going with no intercooler then you just need to connect the blower to your intake manifold. If you want to add an intercooler you will need to route piping. Find the proper belt size and pulley size to figure out what boost you want to run. I would really just buy a used complete kit instead of buying a blower and putting your own kit together with you not having much knowledge. It would be cheaper and easier. Plus it would be a bolt on kit with no issues.

Well I seen ppl on the forum with the same blower. Also includes pullies on the bracket. No infer cooler for now. Also does it need a oil feed line of some sort? I can't find any sc in my price range ~2k which is why I will prob take this route

Injectors, pulleys, belt, bypass, tune, hoses, and piping. This is assuming you have the correct bracket. The pre-supercharger piping can be flexible, but post-supercharger piping should be molded or rigid. For your budget, you won't be able to use an intercooler. I wouldn't go much over 6 psi without an intercooler. On the V3 SCi, that means a 3.6" pulley.

You could always call VF and see what they would charge for a kit sans supercharger. At the very least, I would acquire a copy of their instructions and go through them to figure out what you need.
