Awesome nubers! Congrats MaverickM3 and good job Nick!
Looking at the old thread by PEI330, seems that this Turbo'd 325 is making roughly same whp as that Turbo'd 330 both at 6psi..
Sorry to jack thread, but this definitely changed my mind of upgrading my b25 internals to b30 if I get the turbo kit.. Please let us know what the difference will be Nick between a b25 and b30..
Also, can't wait to see the result when this is tuned up to 8.5 psi!

The main hardware in the 330 kit and the 325 kit are the same. It's just a few small things that are different. Yeah no reason to sell the 325 for a 330 any more. Lol

No longer waiting on the 8.5psi. The Boost Gods decided to let me have hit. Results from 8.5psi will be up in the next day or two.

Awaiting results as well. Curious to see how much a 2.5 can make on a turbo at 8.5psi. Running 9.5 on Techniks charger with cams and headers with around 300whp.

The 325 is definitely making some good power.

Great choice for a grocery getter MaverickM3! We'll have to share grocery bag storage tips...

They are but it looks nothing like that now.

So I'm assuming that because the 325 and 330 have about a 50 crank hp difference stock that the turbo will be the same at 8.5? or maybe close the gap a little bit?

The wheel hp difference between a stock 325 and a 330 is only about 25whp. Some of that is from the camshafts (330 has a hotter intake cam) another part is the intake manifold, and the rest is the displacement. I don't think it will be too far behind the 330 boosted numbers.

Question though, how well do the 325's internals hold boost? Are they the same M50/M52 non M stuff?

Here is a preliminary dyno graph of the 325 Stage1 turbo kit at 8.5psi on our Mustang MD250 dyno. The results are SAE corrected. I'll make a new thread and post all of the pertinent details once everything is buttoned up and finalized. Enjoy!

It's a matter of transmission strength. The turbo kit can work without a problem. But the Stage2 kit, even the Stage1 @ 8.5psi, will put out much more torque than what the auto tranny is rated at. Now, if you have the transmission built to support more power (like PEI330Ci), then that's another story
