feeler: 2007-08 335i 58k trade for e46m3

Have a 2007-08 335i i bought off my neighbor, thought i'd give it a go, coming from already having 2 e46 M's and 1 e36 M, love the car but i think i just like the look of the e46 m3's a little better. The car is blue with imola red interior, 6 speed 58k, KBB 29,000-30,000 in excellent, and you'll find out why i say excellent in a minute.

Brand new re-spray 3 weeks ago, full car. Interiors Is Awesome.

H&R fully adj. coil overs
Posi rear-limited slip.
JB3+ chipped, cars around 400 rwhp with the chip i believe, A lot faster then my M's, might even have to say it's faster then my old turbo gt35r e36 M.
Dual cone intakes
AA BOV
Linea Corse L22 wheels, Also have the stock 19's.
about to install a vent boost gauge.
straight pipes from the cats back with stainless 3 1/2" tips, about to add 3 inch downpipes.
I believe the car's considered a stage 3 with all mods, but im not positive, like i said, i've only had M3's so i don't know everything about these cars yet. I do know though, that it's a steal for a trade for a e46 m3, most would say anyway, all on preference.

What I'm looking for, imola/imola/blk m3, or dark blue/black/cinn, white/imola/cinn...6 speed, crazy looking N/A M, stanced, and wheels, id like as many mods as possible actually, or Supercharged. Or id do a straight trade for an HPF stage 1 car, as long as the cars under 100k, I'd actually consider more color combos then those, but don't feel like listing them all, so if you may be interested shoot me a pm or a text or phone call, 717-4one3-six850. Don't forget this is only a feeler, not 100% sure if i even wanna do this yet, i've only had the car for a short while, i really like it so it may grow on me some more, will see.

why does a 3yr old car need a respray?

Would you not consider SMG?

Just feelin' too, probably not interested, but i have Interlagos on Black (mint (literally) interior, ONE nick in the front bumper, tbh I never notice it, tinted, no front reflectors (euro bumper), lowered-no gap in the back, 1 finger up front between tire and fender, TINY dents on the roof (again, never noticeable, I'm nuts and I didn't notice them when I bought the car)..I'm only saying the bad stuff. The paint is 99%, no scratches at all. 59k)

damnnn, for sure would do it if it was a 6 speed man, it's just i've been drivin' manual M's since i was 16 and i doubt i could go to an SMG, but thank you for the interest. For sure something i'd want to see if it was 6 speed.
