265/30s on the rear will never fit, regardless of the wheel's offset.

I run 265/30/19 with no problems even with passengers. Stock suspension ? Do you have a coupe or sedan ? The coupe has more fender space...

Who did you buy them from?

I have BBS CH 19x9.5 40mm offset with 245/35s. This is the absolutely maximum wheel/tire size combo that will fit in my stock wheel wells. I've run the suspension through it's travel while on jack stands - minus springs, shocks and anti-roll bar disconnected - I have 1mm MAX of clearance between the outer tire sidewall and the plastic fender liner behind the tire (at the 3 o'clock position as you're looking at the car from the side).

Using a 245/35 with a more square shoulder would hit. I've run both 245/35 PS2s and ContiSportContact 3s, both of which have more rounded shoulders, and they just barely clear.

You were given bad advice on the wheel/tire combo they sold you, unless they expected you to make fender lip/liner modifications.

They probably thought you had an M3. That's about stock size for M3.

You're gonna have to roll your fenders, run camber, and other things to make those fit.
