Nice, coop. I like a clean engine. Looks like it's time for some new headlight covers!

I cheated. Didnt have a recent picture of the engine bay so I used an old one. The clouded lenses have since been eradicated.

However I did just give the engine bay a good cleaning as well as some Aerospace 303 luvin last weekend.

Good man. I need to get some new covers too. They're getting pitted more than I'm comfortable with. Did you sand/polish yours or buy new ones? If so, which ones?

I love the look of the BMW Performance intake. Makes me want to replace my Krap&Nasty sooner.

Aside from classifieds, does anyone recommend a place that sells it for a good price?

I used the 3M kit about 3 years ago. I try to keep a good coat of wax on them and they have not turned cloudy again but they are much easier to scratch. I have used the kit to buff out the scratches that accumulate during washing/drying/normal course of use twice more since the original restoration.

If your lenses are real pitted you may be better off going with new lenses as you have to remove a lot of material to achieve decent results.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm very familiar with the process. :-p The pitting isn't that bad. But I'm OCD and want everything to look perfect. It's very difficult when you drive a lot

Shes a little dirty under the hood... I'll fix that after work.

Did a good clean on it today, looks WAY better now. May or may not be able to see a difference with the phone pic.
