2 week break is the best thing I've done for my body yet.

Doing low reps, a little above max weight, with a spot for 4-5 sets. 30 second break tops between sets. Feeling great. Haven't been this sore in months.

Try also doing negatives. Get a person on each side of the bar and have them lift it back up.

People always downplay the importance of eccentric contractions... but they are so key. And they make my boobies feel good and other things too

Will negatives work well with all exercises? Specifically pull ups? I'm trying to get my back stronger and was thinking of lowering myself very slowly.

I can think of a number of people (both high and low profile) who've seriously messed themselves up on T3.

Yes dude. Concentric is VERY helpful with gaining strength.

Touche. It's something you need to really research and understand.

You mean eccentric right- with regards to negatives (lengthening under tension)? But yes, either way, very important.

Definitely a scary idea that you're messing with your thyroid like that (especially when you have no medical need to mess with it) but the claims of its effectiveness when paired with clen make me so curious.

Out of curiosity, the people you know who messed themselves up, was it from "recommended" dosages or from abuse? (i realize this is a strange question since none is actually recommended, but you know what i mean)

Most examples I can think of were related to length of time it was used rather than the amount used.

from what I've read, people just really mess up their thyroid, permanently damaging it. Your body produces its own t3.... putting it into your body will certainly tamper with its natural production.

I just started this stuff and I don't feel a thing. Started with one pill in the morning then went to one in the morning and one 6hrs later and today is two in the morning and one 6hrs later.

I don't feel any heat whatsoever and I don't know if I even feel the caffeine. Keep in mid I never even take in caffeine.

insert anally might work better, but from my experience on the real yo, fat burners of any kind for me have taken a few days to feel anything. Everyone's different, a real test is cardio, if you sweat a lot more than usual. it's working

It's basically this- if you use it irresponsibly, you can essentially shut down you metabolism. You will suddenly be able to get fat off 800 calories whereas (as an athletic person) it might have previously taken 4800 to make you fat.
