The mind is more powerful than most people think. Your mind breaks before your body.

Isn't this product supposed to make you shed fat? I was losing at the same pace without it as on it so tell me how what I said doesn't make sense.

I think I'm just gonna say fvck it and lift today. Def can't do anything involving my feet too much. Just hitting the clutch in my car hurts, blows.

I got this stuff a few days ago, i pop 2 pills when i wake up, then 1 pill 5-6 hours later. So far so good, i don't feel the crazy heat you were, but i stay home for the first hour after taking the pills because i have to take a massive dump which i like. So i know it's doing something. I feel my heart pounding harder? but not faster? not sure.

Maybe cuz i'm 250lbs and 6'3, should i take 2 and 2 pills? i doubt it, i'll stick to it and see what happens.

yes, massive poops, it's like it ffwds my metabolism. Within 20-30 minutes of taking it i need to be ready on my toilet bowl to launch some waste

I could be wrong but I don't think a fast metabolism = faster and more frequent sh1tting. That's your digesting tract I believe. From some googling around, your pooping habits shouldn't have much to do with metabolism. Metabolism is more about using the food not so much getting rid of it.
