can roll the windows back up with programming
keep it turned to the right in the door lock and it can open all the windows
turn it to the left to close all windows

hold it to your chin for better reception
it recharges when in the ignition for a certain amount of time

You find someone like Shane who can hook you up with some really tight programming for 60 bucks. His user name is BMW Knight

Also with a factory alarm you can set it off by holding down the trunk button

Key fobs can be individualized to drivers too, change your radio/HVAC/Seat+mirror positions. Remote close is sweet.

Should open them by default. Closing is a feature that requires custom coding for US-spec cars.

Whoa wait...I thought the back windows don't auto close at all because they don't have pressure sensors like the fronts...mine will auto open from the buttons inside, but not auto close, only the front and sunroof do that...

You can lower your convertible top with the key fob.

That's how my car was by default. I changed the settings to allow the back windows to close anyway (for the auto close from the inside, I had to physically modify the switches in addition to coding the car). Nice thing is the pinch sensors still work for the front windows and sunroof.
