Mike Larry has a degenerate health question

I'm sitting here moderately buzzed, but not completely wasted. on a normal night, i'd have a casein shake before i go to bed. tonight, i'm a slice of pizza, a bunch of chips/pretzels, and several beers deep. should i still be having a casein shake on nights like this, or is it too much of a calorie overload at this point because of the junk food?

well, if you're on a bulk, I would definitely do it to get some protein. Alcohol strips you're vitamins and nutritious goods necessary for you're body so I would do it.

I would just go for another beer and call it a cheat day......

unless of course you were drinking Michelob Ultra, in which case you're still on track

It's really the alcohol that kills the gains. If one is gonna drink, don't concern yourself with light beer. Drink whatever.

yeah I was being facetious about Michelob and poking fun at the Ad (as I was when ^ you had a similar dilemna)

I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer one wiff taste (usually Wheat Beer)

I've never been a light beer person
