need a DIY. Projector fogs + HID kit. (ALL DDM)

okay, i must have some sort of disorder for not being able to figure this out,
i ordered DDM projector fogs (e46 m/e39 m) and i noticed... The projectors already come with the H3 bulb. :shifty

http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/E4...tor-Fog-Lights

and i also purchased DDM's HID Kit, as needed...?

http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...ast-35W-or-55W

35watt, H3 bulb type, 6000k color (bright ), error eliminator, AND the Harness. (ordered it all just incase needed)

NOW. do i have some sort of mental illness, and i going crazy....

question (s) :rolleyes
you cant get the HID bulb set up, inside the projector fog, i opened the projector fog and you cant take out the set up that was already inside the projectors.

the DDM HID kit seems pretty easy to install, plug and play.... but the projectors just dont make it possible it seems, yet it suggests that, and many other people do too.. (and looks better)

hahaha sorry, my knowledge of lighting doesnt exceed far.

thanks,
MasonB

sna77: Not to sound like a dick, but that doesn't look too good (the beam pattern). It's wavy and bows up at the outer edges. Have you tried to modify the projectors with a flatter shield?

I actually don't even use them anymore... I essentialoly determined the projectors weren't the best quality...

well my problem is DDM projectors.. they are good quality it seems, but theres no way to take out the h3 bulb it has inside, to replace with the DDM hid kit that has the HID set up for the HID h3 bulb,.. if that makes sense

EDIT :

Figured it out, inside the Sealed projector housing, you can slowly open up the glue, (i had done this already) but i thought there was no way to get the oem projector fog H3 bulb out, i decided to force it... but it came out very easily, and the way it was suppose to come out. it came out perfectly on both fogs, and the DDM hid h3 bulb fit in perfectly, matching all fitments.

Ill post pics compared to Sna77's once installed.

I just ordered these with some new HID headlight bulbs and Orion V2s. Anything I should know when trying to install them? Thanks!
