Nice car "Baby". A "stubby" antenna will make it look a little more SMUUUUUV. When I see e46 verts with the OEM antenna, this type of image comes to mind. Ur choice tho, car still looks good.

@Baby, absolutely love the style 71 star wheels. How do you like driving such a low profile tire? Since you're in CA, I guess you don't have to deal with pot holes so much.

Heres what mine looks like... love the low profile. I have the same radio reception as the "fishing pole" that it replaced...

wow that's really short. what kind is it and where did you get it if you don't mind me asking? i have a stubby antenna but hardly use my radio anyway and wouldn't mind running the one you have.

I love my tires and wheels! But honestly, we have our fair share of potholes - that's where the good handling comes in, I make it a game to avoid them when safe!

ive been lurking for a couple months since i picked up my 06
- some great looking rides in here -
so far i went for the lowest springs i could find ( el cheap'os off ebay) 1.5in
had them put in and alignment done
a stubby antenna
and i just picked up some 19s for it but.......rubbing isnt the word
put'em on and took them off till i can get the fenders rolled & may have to do some -camber

anywho heres the flicks

please excuse the dirtyness and the missing caps - i will take some proper pics after i get the rears to fit right

your rubbing because your ebay springs arent stiff enough. theyre probbably extreamly soft which will cause bouncing which will lead to rubbing

i didnt even drive it down the road just backed it off the lift and took a couple pics

i didnt really do my homework on the offset of the rims& tires and they are almost touching the inner fender just sitting at a standstill

and i am sure what u are saying about the springs being 2 soft is truth (they seem softer than my oem 1s forsure)

Nice look...get those fenders rolled asap... On mine, my rears (were) rubbing the plastic fender liner in the back also. Take your tire off and look around for rubbing spots so you can eliminate them. Hopefully its not your springs...
