Code p1510 Idle control valve

So I got this code p1510 the CES light, EML and Traction light were on and the car was stalling, I would give it gas in it just would not respond, after I pulled over and restarted the car then everything was fine......it happened twice over two days. So anyway I pulled the code and it is for the ICV.

After some search thru Fanatics I decided to clean the ICV before replacing it , thanks to the DIY I was able to do it , it took me a few hours because taking out those damn clamps on the lower hoses are a real pain the ars
Recommend a flexible socket adaptor (which I didn't have) for those hard to reach fokers.
My ICV didn't seem that dirty to me, but anyway I cleaned it out with brake cleaner and put the whole thing together, and so far so good.
Will keep u posted.

Same thing here , after 2 weeks, the issue has not resurface. I don't worry about it anymore.

So I just had this happen to me today. All the same lights and P1510. Stutters and is very unresponsive and does not accelerate when I'm in gear, downshifting is a ***** ATM because I can't blip the throttle. Will clean and reinstall later today. It's finals week, I have better things to do that tear into my ICV and throttle body
