i think celtics take out miami.

Celtics may be older, but they play great d, and they have 3 hall of famers that have way more experience. if shaq gets heatlhy he can clog up the paint for both wade and bron.

What better way for the NBA to market itself before a potential lock out next year than to see the greatest professional SPORTS (not just baskbetball) coach go head to head against the team and city he started out with? I mean dude, writers and analysts will have so many story lines. Phil Jacksons last year, the great debate between 23 and 24, Kobe at his end and handing the torch to D Rose as the next best player this decade, lakers tie Celtics in banners, 24 passes magic in rings, it goes on and on... lakers vs bulls, lakers win in dramatic fashion 7 games.

I just don't think the Bulls have the supporting cast. There's 3 guys that are above avg. in Rose, Boozer, and Deng but the Lakers are pretty much ONE unit. Bulls can't matchup with Bynum or Gasols or even Odoms skill strength and size. Then there's the bench of the Lakers. I don't see how it can happen. Boozer tends to play hide-n-go-seek when he laces up against L.A. BTW, imo, home court means NUTHING.

Yeah, Boozer just cant handle Gasol's length, skill, etc. Gasol always abuses Boozer when they face off. Esp the past two years when they matched up in the playoffs.

NOLA had the momentum after game 1 and coulda swung the series in game 3 but as they went deeper into the series, the more they exposed their weaknesses. Hence the game 6 smashing, the Lakers figured them out. OKC has a great shot, although they need to figure out Westbrooks enormous amount of shots. Perimeter shots don't fall that often against the Lakers defense.

Where the hell did Memphis come from?! They're ranked 8th but they're playing at a championship caliber level!

Yeah, people don't realize how good they were even in the regular season. Very underrated. Anyways, Congratulations to Tom Thibs for COY!

The Grizz are on the grizzy.. they grind EVERY FVCKING possession and get to all the loose balls. Applause for Tony Allen and Shane Battier for turning around a small market franchise into a defensive minded 8th seed capable of anything, as we've seen. Match up nightmares for a lot of teams, not just out West but East too.

It's looking like Miami has a spot in the finals. As much as I want it I don't think Chicago has what it takes to take down Miami. As for the West, it's hard to say. Memphis are definitely underdogs, but to have made it this far in their first attempt says something. OKC is definitely a good team but very inconsistent. Letting Memphis push them to game 7 is testament to this. It's hard to say what will happen vs Dallas too. Their wins against LA weren't really based on their skill but on LA's lack of.

I'm personally hoping to see a OKC vs Chicago final. Westbrook and Rose are very interesting to watch.
