3 whole eggs + 8 egg whites a day = roughly 400 calories.
11 whole eggs = 990 calories
it does make a difference if you think like that! That's the difference between maintenance and a cut right there.

you're assuming she knows way more than she does. She said "not good for you". Meaning it is bad for your overall health. Nothing about getting the best results.
