Steering wheel off center, ideas?

I'm positive it's not an alignment issue, I'm guessing something is either worn or bent but don't remember seeing anything. If anyone has any ideas on what is mostly likely the cause, where and what to start checking first I'd appreciated it. Thanks in advance.

I'm off a few degrees as well. I could have sworn it happened after my alignment last year but I can't be 100% sure.

In for some recommendations.

Mine has been off since the day I bought it and has not gotten any better or worse. I've had a couple of alignments since then. Off maybe 5 degrees to the left.

Same here but used and to the right, decided to do my own alignment this time to make sure the steering rack is and stays centered (which it was/did), and yet the steering wheel still ended up being off by a few degrees. That said the car drives great, quite a bit better than before. I'll probably put the car on jack stands this weekend though to see what I can find, if anything, will update then.

I haven't but the previous owner might have I dunno, honestly didn't even know you could misalign the steering wheel during replacement/installation but I'll definitely keep it in mind and look into that next, thanks.

It's keyed. Can't misalign it. I've checked it.
