Remote Trunk Unlatch Button

Anyone have an issue with the driver side remote trunk latch button not working?

If so, your thoughts please?

Seems that Bimmer electricals are a tad sketchy!

Whenever anyone has issues in opening their trunk with the interior button, the fob, or the exterior button, they should immediately check the wires that go from the body into the trunk lid. Lots of DIYs out there if you search. Good luck

Is your glove box locked by any chance? If so , it de-activates the interior trunk button....this is a valet security thing.

Central locking has to be unlocked also.
