Thermostat DIY HELP!!!!
Does anyone know if I really new to take off the fan on my 2004 330ci with auto tranny? Can it be done without removing my fan? And does anyone know if I can rent the tool at pepboys?

If you can't perform a "search" to learn from previous posts, are you sure you can complete this job? Cars with auto transmission have a bit more work to do because the mechanical fan is in the way.

Picking up THE TOOL THIS WEEKEND FROM City of Industry, CA. $42.00 for wrench and holder. Thanks to both of you for the advise. Epically John in VA. Those threads helped but I HATE READING!!!!!!! Not that much actually.
