A sword is more frightening than toy-looking gun like glock.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

This has happened to me twice after hard leg workouts. The first time it happend it was really scary - my eyes were open but I couldn't see anything, just blackness. Head was spinning, felt like I wanted to puke. I just sat on my ass and drank water until it subsided.

Is this from low blood sugar or lactic acid build up? And what happens if you let yourself pass out?

Do you die?
It's most likely due to a combination of increased vasodilation in the legs -> blood pooling -> causes loss of O2 to brain (hypoxia) in conjunction with hypoglycemia from the high intensity workout usually during sprints or high volume lifting.

Passing out is a protective mechanism of the brain to conserve what is not damaged. If you pass out you will likely fall to the ground where your head is at the same level as your heart where you will regain consciousness with O2 and glucose levels go back up, feeling like you just took it up the butt from a rhino.

I like it that way if I eat first or drink anything I feel like I'm gonna throw up the whole time
