It's not all about me.
It serves the purpose of giving those who weren't aware of this a chance to read the article.
It also gives the chance of discussion, pros and cons, from people who know about this and may have been practicing this. I was particularly interested in that.
I did not argue with any of the serious responses.

I did not invite his smart mouth response, and that's what I was responding to.
Frankly speaking, I admit that I recall him responding in that "smart mouth" way to several of my other threads. This just broke the camel and ticked me off.

My reading of folks here based on the content of their posts is just a bit off.
Some people mature later than others.

If it was anyone else who made the post, I would have given a normal response - You, on the other hand, don't even merit any logical response. You asked a question, i said an answer that was based on that - I.e; 99% of the rest of the threads that pop up here. If you truly were trying to train for a triathlon, you would have said it in the OP.

I don't know anyone who simply just runs and doesn't lift, which is why I said why would you run first? Whats the point of using all your every for running when your body needs the most energy for lifting? You never seem to admit when you're wrong and always seem to have something to say to try and prove how you are right.

As far as me being in college - I guarantee I'm more mature than you in person. It's the bloody Internet for gods sakes, who cares how I act?

In b4 butt hurt Po.

Oh and sollys right. I don't always have the nicest posts. I should change that...except to Po.

My cardio regimen depends on my goals. Currently I'm not doing much cardio at all besides Capoeira and BJJ; I'll implement aggressive HIIT post-workout once I begin cutting whatever body fat I gain from this bulk. Normally I do cardio before I workout, but I normally don't lift to make huge gains either (..nor is my pre-workout cardio really all that intense); I lift(ed) more for maintenance.

I know that I'm just nit-picking, but most dedicated long-distance runners don't lift.

I run in the AM, lift in the PM.

If I'm doing both at the same time, I lift, then do cardio after.

Well they're on a completely different regiment than us. They eat probably eat different too.

No one curls while running?

Cardio afterwards or on different days/sessions

"Pain is weakness escaping the body." and "Obsessed is what the lazy call the dedicated."
