Bluetooth for idiots

My car is old enough that I cannot install the factory aux input (2001 325it business tape deck, CD changer in back). What are my options for bluetooth streaming of music? I don't need phone support, a microphone, or even charging capability. Blathering on the phone or listening to SIRI read text messages is for preteen kids. I just want to listen to audio. Track controls via the steering wheel buttons would be nice. I do not want an iPod/iPhone specific box because some devices are not from Apple.

What are my options? Are these any good? Is the sound better than coffee cans and string?

curios also....I have the Ipod adapter/charger that connects to the stock CD player cables but I don't use it anymore. I need bluetooth capabilities without breaking the bank.
