I have now a converter from high-end to cinch but this is nog a good kwaliti for sound the subwoofer is not working with this at his maximum.

Robin, hi from America! Which Pioneer amplifier do you have? Also, what brand and model of converter do you have? Some brands are better than others.

Some amps can accept speaker level signals without any problems. If your Pioneer amp can accept speaker level signals you won't need the line out converter (LOC).
