B-Stein/H&R combo vs Cupkit vs BC Racing
Guys please forgive me cuz I know there are threads upon redundant threads that eventually cover some of my question.
I simply got a headache from reading so many opposing views, and all the people claiming to like one product seemed to be for reasons that I personally wouldn't agree with.
My car has 82k miles on it with completely stock suspension.
The only maint. I've done are
**FCABs with the Meyle HD and that also replaced the balljoints on that control arm.
**M3 tranny bushings
My car is a driving nightmare at the moment. the front end shimmys past the point of comfort. I will admit that my tires are awful and that is immediately next on my to do list.
First thing I wanna get out of the way is what shocks and springs to use.
***NOTE*** whatever shocks/springs/coilovers I go with, they will be combined with the TMS swaybars front and back. so that may be something to keep in mind.
My number one priority is ride quality above all else. I want to bring my car back to how it drove new, and then a little tighter from there. I don't care for stance or drop. If I could I'd get rid of the rake my car has and make it completely flat. What's a way to do that?
I was originally gonna go with Turners Bilstein shocks with HR springs combo, but then I heard from other members that the shocks keep failing and they keep having to get replacements from Turner with no actual resolution to fix the problem. At least they warranty them for life, but I don't wanna be replacing shocks constantly
Then today I had made up my mind to get the HR Touring Cupkit as these would be the least amount of drop and have the better ride quality as opposed to getting the Sport Cupkit. Do these come with replacement warranty though??
As soon as I told my brother about wanting the HR Cupkit he tells me I should get BC- Racing because they come with the strut mounts front and back which I do want.
I tried getting info on BC coilovers but I couldn't find an actual seller with detailed info. I would also want to be able to compare it to the Touring Cupkit for ride quality.
I don't track my car, it's 100% a daily driver, and I feel that the TMS Sways and better tires should take care of any handling that the car might be lacking.
So once I come to a decision on that... what else do I have to took at?
RTABS? from who?
RSMs? Rogue? ECS Meyle HD? Turner?
Spring Perch Bearings?
Tierods.... or just the ends?
Swaybar links? or do they already come with the TMS sways?
diff bushing... can I make my own removal tool? My brother and I made a press to pull and push bushings into his control arms.
Subframe bushings... this seems incredibly invasive. Am I correct in thinking that this is done FIRST since you will need to take out all suspension components to get to it anyways?
Any and all help will be appreciated. Even advice on what sequence to tackle all these so that I don't do redundant labor.

A lot of questions....
H&R cup kits only offer a year warranty on the dampeners, and I seem to remember some reviews on E46F that said they failed after a year or two. After researching this for my suspension purchase I avoided them.
BC (BR) Racing / These may be a great product, but I don't know this company. Searched on E46F and found almost nothing.
I run Bilstein Sports and H&R Race springs, both have a Lifetime Warranty.
After reading your post I'd give great consideration to Bilstein Sports and H&R Sport springs. I use to run Bilsteins on an early race car, at one point I blew out a rear shock because I forgot to put in the bump stop. Bilstein quickly replaced that shock, no questions asked. In SCCA racing all Spec Miata's run Bilstein shocks, they have a very low failure rate. Bilstein USA recommends using H&R springs with there shocks, Bilsteins valving match H&R spring rates.
RSM, I went with these from BimmerWorld, they work great & are cost effective.
