Boost Limiting

OK so I would like to up my boost levels by throwing on a smaller blower pulley. Thus bringing boost on lower in the RPM range.
I would also like to limit my peak boost to 9.5-10 PSI for obvious reasons.

How would one plumb one of these http://www.928motorsports.com/parts/...mitervalve.php in a MAF system? The valve would need to be pre MAF for metering.
Would the valve not need a boost reference from the pressurized side of the blower in order to know when to bleed off?

I can always call the manufacturer but would like your guys thoughts as well.

As we already discussed, call Karl, he designed & built that BLV. If anyone really understands it, it's him, he's in the supercharger business.

Rob your help on several subjects has been very much appreciated
I have contacted 928 and have info from them on hand, I do want to see what the guys on his forum have to offer as well.

It was the statement: "I can always call the manufacturer but would like your guys thoughts as well." that was of concern.

That statement implies that you had not contacted 928M at this point & were looking for opinions from the forum instead of getting solid facts straight from the designer himself.

Either way all is good.
