Well the wategate tubing arrived a few days ago with the LSD and tranny support.

Here's a few pics i took today , plan is to have it out of the garage by the end of next week(need to weld exhaust and get rotors for rear)
Then finish up the electrical and whatever outside and try and get it running.

Space is an issue..

Notice the small airfilter i have on , looking to buy a BMC filter in the future..

Wow thats amazing how you didn't have to cut a hole in the firewall/frame for the WG piping to fit. nice to have pre-bent tubing. is that Nick G's manifold? WG position is different from mine. your charge pipe is exactly where mine was, keep away from dips in the road My air filter was there as-well, got wet easily, especially in non-avoidable puddles.

Is that the final position for the center-core of turbo? thats kind-of extreme for oil drain.

Yeah, at first i thought about pulling the engine and either cutting or hammering the sheetmetal to get an inch or so clearence, ended up modding one of the elbows i bought so it just fitted .. no more than 1-2mm of play there(same goes for the 3" downpipe ^^) i bought 3 units of 90degree small radius bends made for manifold-making, thought i would only have to use one or two ... now i wish i had 1 more ^^

The manifold is the SPA Turbo manifold for the e36.

I'm looking into having a "U" pipe made so i can have my charge pipe beside the inlet pipe to the turbo , i will still have a small pipe underneath the subframe so idk..

I've been driving with the filter in the same place, only driver side with my supercharger setup and i've managed to keep it dry , going to install a water-resistant sock though.

It's the final position , not really happy about it but it's the best i could do.
When i get my precision turbo i will install a pump and lead it back to the dipstick

Rear is complete now , having exhaust welded tomorrow.

Then i just need to run a new power wire to the fuelpump(as the Link will be controlling it and no the stock dme)

Also got a base tune so it should be good to start in a few days

They were made by lightwerkz , i like them ALOT

Got everything bolted up now , just need to weld 2 seams and wire up the fuelpump.

Oh and i might have messed up the brake bias with the m3 rear , going for a BBK once my cash reserve is back up ^^

I have to ask: Did you try to fit the V-band clamp over the exhaust flange with the downpipe installed?

That looks mighty tight in there......

It fits, doesnt go on without "sliding" it on but that was planned

Wish i had another v-band so i could split the dowpipe between the cat dp and cat, but welding will have to do

Well the new FP is in and wired with 10gauge wire, tested it out without bolting down the fuelrail/old FPR .. garage still smells like gas ^^

Having "washers" made for the fuelrail tomorrow , car is going to be rolled out of the garage today hopefully

Getting close

TPS unset (meaning the link saw 12,5% of throttle when it actually was closed)
And MAP set to 7 bar (4bar installed)

Really rough running(Around 10 AFR) , uploading another video of it corrected and around 12 AFR

Just found out my radiator has been cracked by my dad's brother when he was cleaning the garage..(rad replaced 1 year ago )

Anyways tomorrow i'll have the exhaust welded and ill get some tuning done

Turns out the joy of getting it started wasnt that much of a high, after idling it around 1500rpm for 3min the engine temp shot up to 110C dunno how accurate that sensor is as it isn't calibrated but it cant be good.

However when checking the oil later i noticed water in the oilfilter and a milky residue on the oilcap.. pretty depressing to say the least
Im thinking now to either retorque the head (can someone give me the Raceware torque specs as i've lost mine) or to go emo and cut myself and disassemble the engine and put in a stock HG or a thicker cometic one.

Any tips would be greatly appriciated.

Atleast now i know the BOV is insanely loud
