Slight Herniated l5- s1. Recovery just took a turn for better. The past few days my back has felt so good. Rare pains. Been icing, anti inflam, stretching, getting blood flow to it, and taking glucosamine. Still have a few months until I try deadlifting or squatting to make sure it's fully healed tho.
