i think it would look good on a stock sedan if it was a prefacelift because i feel that they are more aggressive looking than a facelift. Just my opinion though. And it might look good on a facelift sedan too. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...=painted+bowls. Check this thread. It will have plenty of pictures to give you an idea of how it will look

How would 5000k bi xenons perform? I'm looking for that White look, but I don't want to sacrifice performance(visibility).

5000k's will be great and will give you the best light output. What do you mean how will bi xenons perform? Bi xenon just means they are both low and high beams.

I was just being specific I didn't know if it would be better to get 4300 or 5000k, how much of a difference there would be, visibility, etc. So would 5000k appear pure white when looked at?

Btw, this is what I'm looking to get

http://shop.lightwerkz.net/Complete-...ersion-Kit-DIY

Difficult?

it's a lot more expensive on that website. Go on theretrofitsource.com and buy all the parts seperately and get the HID kit from either them or another vendor(NOT ddmtuning)

Does any one know the purpose of the cut off in this shape?
Why is the shield not just straight horizontally, but has that little incline?

To illuminate street signs? I don't know lol.

Edit. Found this explanation.

The cutoff shield is what controls the light output from inside your projector. This is what creates the "step", how that step looks and where the light goes. USDM vehicles have a "step-up" to the right-hand side of the road so the lights wont blind oncoming drivers on the left. (LHD) JDM vehicles have a "step-up" to the left-hand side of the road as oncoming drivers are on the right. (RHD)

My only concern would be the difficulty of this. Do they just pop in and will the ballasts operate properly on a 99 323?

And would angel eyes still be able to fit?

Pretty sure it will be fine. I'm not sure if your headlights are the one's that pop off or glued on so take note on that.

I havent done mine yet. Wont get the package until this wednesday and I have work that night. Probably wont touch it until Thurs or Sat
