Here are the final pics, I need to adjust the beam so it's a bit lower.

Looks good. I need to adjust mine too, but I've to lazy to take out the headlights. Mine are slanted like a V shape, but ever so slightly. Plus I fkn hate the headlight washers. Gets in the way and it makes just a little hard for one person.

Oh, I just need to adjust with the knobs. Turns out a 6mm hex makes it much easier to do..

But I do need to take apart again for the angel eyes

Your not going to align the cutoff? With the knobs your talking about, only adjusts up and down. Yours look like they need to be rotated on its axis just a little bit. So it's something like this.

Oh, I see what you're getting at. Problem is I glued the shroud so moving the projector means the shroud would move, because of the issue I had I won't be able to move it much...

I'll adjust it up/down and see how it is. I hadn't even noticed it so if I can adjust to my liking it may stay like this..

Yea, mine doesn't bother me much, but I'll most likely fix it during spring break when I have time. Your going to love these projectors.

My friend has a 335is with factory bixenon and when highs are engaged, my cheapo retrofit is the definite winner for distance and brightness, though his low beams have some serious distance throw.

I'm not sure how much of my output is related to custom work and custom shields though. It's certainly different from most factory shielded MH1s I've seen. (the low beam bit anyway)

ETA: Hurr durr I forgot the picture.
Yes.. this is what I was looking for...
thanks a lot

Yup. Actually this was taken my second time doing it. I Had already installed angel eyes before the first retrofit. When I did the retrofit the angel eye clips broke so I had to put everything together with the clips messed up leaving the angel eyes hanging awkwardly. So I called EUropean Auto Source and they sent me a new set of clips an now all is good. And the high beams are hooked up now as well

Doing my angel eyes now, the clips don't seem to hold on too tight.. Will they be moving at all?? hmm

They will move. I put sticky tape between the clip tops and the housings and my high beam eyes still managed to migrate behind the trim.

If your lights are apart just save yourself the time and fasten them to the bowls (at least the high beam) with double sided tape or glue. The low beam try holding the clips with the foam tape on top of the bowl somehow and put one piece of foam tape in the bottom center of the ring (on the back of course).

I need to take mine apart and redo them. Such a pain in the butt.

Also, aren't the projector side rings supposed to be smaller than the high beam? They might have sent me the wrong kit...

nvm, called them up, said they should be the same

On mine the projectors were smaller than the highs. Brand of kit? Did you get halogen or xenon? If Orion V2 then they will be the same because umnitza likes the high beam rings to be smaller so that the risk of them being covered by the trim is less. Personally I'm too OCD to tolerate that.

Orion lite, Xenon

I'm also not liking how the wires come out of the dust cover, doesn't leave it 100% on....

Give them a call, you don't need the gatling gun shrouds and they will give you $15 credit for getting the e46 shrouds instead.
