ZMA to raise testosterone

I am reading a bunch of things that say take something to raise testosterone due to age. I am 36. I bought some ZMA as I heard this works and has the least side effects. Is this the best way to go about this or should I look at another supplement? Some of the testosterone boosters in the store scared me after reading the lables.

ZMA is amazing. Zinc deficiency is very common.

Eh I wouldn't say it's "amazing." Beneficial? Possibly. Necessary? No.

It makes me sleep better so that's a plus.

If you want a test booster, look into TCF-1 from Primordial Performance. One of the few to actually have a clinical study backing it up. Also try eating a lot of coconut oil, really good for test levels.
