Help!!!(suspension)

I have installed hotchkis springs in my 330ci and I have 19x10 in the back with 12 mm spacers. I have had my fenders rolled shaved and it stil rubs only when I hit bumps. I was thinking my ride was a little bit bouncy also since I just had springs installed. Am I soppose to change my stock struts and shocks also??? What do u recommend?? Please let
me know..

Your rubber is too big or your penis... I mean fender area is too small.

Did you replace your shocks? If not, then that is why. Get a high quality shock if you want a high quality ride.
