Upgrade with X3 calipers?

I have a 325i sedan and think about some less expensive brake upgrades. I know it's common to upgrade to 330i calipers, but have anyone tested with X3? There's minor difference in bracket but not sure how bad that is.

Other ideas? Thanks.

Minor difference in bracket = lot's of machining/modification needed. Better off go with 330 calipers as they are plug and play
