ALLMNTN: E61 wagon hit with the Beefy stick...

Finally got the wheels on and fitment dialed, I am pleased to say there is no rubbing at all. The rear has load leveling airbags the ride height can be inconsistent; in these photos it was riding a little high but normally it is level with the front. I may entertain lowering .5"-1" all around but I will cross that bridge later.

I've always thought 19" on the E60 looked small but those seriously look like 20". I was looking at going with the deep concave setup just like this about a year ago for my M5 but at the time deep concave was only available for 19" and thought it was too small. Boy was I wrong.......these really do look good.

I purposefully went with 19s for ability to run thicker rubber and gain some ride comfort and wheel protection. I drive in the Bay Area where your car can get slammed by expansion joints and other road imperfections. With the All weather capability of this thing I didn't want to ruin it with low profile tires. Secondly, running taller rubber fills in the wheel wells a little better so visually it is more pleasing, it is all about having the tire thickness, stretch, and ride height all in a proper balance. Few things are worse than seeing a car running aftermarket wheels with super stretched - thin tires and yet have 2" between the rubber and fender... yuck.

Thanks for the kind words, I am glad people are enjoying in addition to me!
