humming noise

03 325i.
From starting the car while inside it sounds like a humming noise. Looking under the rear end I thought it was my diff. As I moved closer to the front of the car it seemed to be from the muffler. Any thoughts?? Link shows what sound I'm talking about

I just replaced the fuel pump, sending unit and fuel filter a month ago.
