Square M68 17x8.5 Fitment
Will I be able to run 8.5" wide wheels on all four corners on a stock sport suspension without rubbing? I plan on putting 225/45 tires on the wheels. Would I need a small spacer (5mm) in the front or will I be fine?
Thanks! |

You should be fine.
I had no major problems running my 17x8.5" M68 wheels on the front of my 330ci with 235/35/17 winter tires

It depends on the offset on the wheels, but as far as a width standpoint you should be able to run 8.5s no problem.

M68 17.8" are ET50 and I can confirm that they clear the struts with about 1cm of clearance. It's close, but it works.
