Great customer service from Umnitza!

Today I stopped by Umnitza to pick up an M-Tech rear bumper for my 330ci. Called them up before and they said they had it in stock. When I got there they had great customer service. Quickly put my order in and got my bumper loaded into the car. Very nice people. Knew exactly what needed to be done, unlike previous stores i've been at. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

In theory it could have to do with their return policy after the bumper doesn't fit as it should.

OP, glad that you like their CS but when something goes wrong then you can see their real CS.
I ordered my angel eyes from them and they were wrong, i contacted them via phone and email but no replies.

Thanks! Remember, test fit everything and keep everything lined up.
If you need assistance, our local shop Federal Auto Body can do the work for you, they've installed countless bumpers like these.

So much to say that I cannot:(

If it doesn't fit, he can return it any time he wishes within 30 days and if he doesn't paint it. There are only 2 times we've refused a return - one where the bumper was painted and one when the customer held the bumper for 8 months prior to asking to return it (which was ALSO painted).

Yes, you can do that.
M3 front bumpers are no problem, they do require additional fitting but they work beautifully when done by a good shop.

Rear Mtech II bumpers are no different, they require a good shop to install them.

Every one of your posts with "umnitza" in the title/subject/post is negative.
Doing a quick search shows your "experience" with us doesn't actually exist, only hearsay on the internet.

While that only paints a small, tiny little picture of who we are, it says a whole lot more about you and your negativity to frequently and tireless find fault with a company you've never actually done any business with.

You've never been a customer. Given how poorly some vendors treat their customers - specifically telling that customer they will be ignoring them in the future - you need to find another bandwagon.

Do you know the approximate pricing for front and rear bumpers painted and installed at Federal Auto Body?

Talk to Mark, tell him Tim and Matt from Umnitza recommended you to go to him for your parts painting. Usually they are $400-500 per piece, but I know he does a lower better price for our customers.

So I installed my rear mtech bumper... and had a perfect fit. I'm not sure what happened with anyone else who tried installing them, but mine fit perfectly. Had a little issue with the plastic from the diffuser getting in the way of the big bolts, but I just shaved off a little bit of that plastic on the inside of the bumper, and that was it. Excellent product!
